This site uses no cookies of its own. Before you decide in the banner, no cookie is set in your browser — neither ours nor anyone else's.

We need no cookies to show the pages, to browse the open positions, or to send the form.

PostHog analytics — only with consent

If you agree to traffic measurement, PostHog starts. It is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt) and stores its own cookies in your browser.

They show us how people use the site: which pages they open, where they click, how far they scroll, where they came to the site from — including which advert — how fast the page loads, which clicks lead nowhere, and errors the browser ran into. We also store details of the browser and device, and an approximate location — country, region, city, postal code and approximate coordinates for the area — worked out from the IP address, which PostHog does not store. This includes a session recording: we can replay a visit later.

The text you type into the form is masked right in your browser, before anything is sent. Your name, phone number and note do not get into the recording.

Until you give consent, your browser does not download the PostHog library at all and opens no connection to it.

Session recordings are deleted after 30 days, and PostHog keeps the rest of the measured data for no more than 7 years.

Google Ads — only with consent

We advertise on Google. If you agree to measurement, the site loads Google's tag and Google sets its own cookies, which record that you arrived from an ad click.

They are what lets us see which advert brought an applicant. Google is told only that a form was sent or that a phone number was tapped — never what was in the form.

Until you give consent, your browser does not download Google's tag at all and opens no connection to Google.

If you withdraw consent we delete these cookies straight away and stop reporting anything. A script that has already run cannot be un-run, so the tag stays in memory until you leave the page; on your next visit it is not loaded at all.

Meta Pixel — only with consent

We also advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you agree to measurement, the site loads Meta's tag and Meta sets its own cookies, which record that you arrived from an ad click.

How to change your decision

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. At the foot of every page there is a "Cookie settings" link — it opens the same banner as on your first visit. After withdrawal, measurement stops.

Your browser remembers the decision itself, so that we do not ask again on every visit. It is not a cookie and it is not sent anywhere.
